We are pleased to announce a *virtual* event with Spencer McBride, who will be discussing the recently-published “Joseph Smith for President: The Prophet, the Assassins, and the Fight for American Religious Freedom” (published by Oxford University Press). The presentation will be streamed via Zoom on Tuesday, May 11 at 7:00 p.m. If you cannot watch at that time, we will have the presentation available on our website for subsequent viewing. We will have a signed copies of the book available.
You will need to create a free Zoom account (and download the app if watching on a phone) if you don’t have one already. Once you have done that, this is the link for the presentation:

This will not be an interactive event, so if you have questions you’d like to ask the author about his book, please submit them via email to info@benchmarkbooks.com by 6:00 pm on Monday, May 10. He will do Q & A based on those questions at the end of his presentation.
