Here’s a quick way to remind yourself that it’s Fast Sunday. Every month. For the rest of your life.
In Google Calendar, you can set an event to repeat (check the box). Then you can add a reminder (like text or email) to show up 1 day (24 hours) in advance. That way you’ll never forget that it’s time to start fasting.

I’ve actually used this trick on my Apple devices for about 16 years. The problem is that Fast Sunday isn’t always the first Sunday of the month, and during the months that it isn’t, there’s no way to know, ahead of time, exactly when it will be.
This is also annoying when it comes to General Conference. I have yet to find a Calendar app that can handle dates such as “the day before the first Sunday of the month.”
