As many of you know, I am a fan of supporting those with different abilities (I am particularly engaged because my own son has autism). I have long been involved in this community, and have read many good articles about best serving those with disabilities.

Many people do not understand how to best accept and include people who have disabilities. Even at church.

Reaching out to those in need doesn’t require the extraordinary, just a regular outpouring of the ordinary. To be invited, noticed, and loved are not special needs; they are everybody’s needs.
