JOHN BYTHEWAY
John has inspired hundreds of thousands of audiences everywhere with his deep insights, witty anecdotes, and thought-provoking moments. John brings his timeless and humorous wisdom to leaders, employees, and students in his powerfully motivating presentations.
John is a bestselling author of more than two dozen books, audio CDs and DVDs, including titles like, How to be Totally Miserable, The Best Three Hours of the Week, and What Are You Carrying in Your Backpack?
John has worked with BYU Continuing Education youth programs as a counselor, administrator and presenter for over 30 years. John has traveled the world teaching, inspiring and motivating audiences of all ages to become their best. John is also a part-time instructor at Brigham Young University where he earned his bachelorβs and masterβs degrees.
John and his wife Kimberly have six children and live in Salt Lake City.
MEG JOHNSON
Meg Johnson is a motivational speaker and author, empowering people of all abilities with her motto: When life gets too hard to stand, just keep on rollinβ!
As a speaker, Meg has motivated audiences locally to internationally, sharing her messages with Fortune 500 businesses, nonprofit organizations, womenβs business and religious conferences, universities, hospitals, sports teams and school groups. She is also a popular fireside speaker.
In addition to live speaking events, Meg shares her inspiring life stories across the globe through her books and live-recorded talks on CD, and through videos on her YouTube channel.
Her work has touched many on a local, national, and international level and Meg was the recipient of the Athena Leadership Award in 2012. In addition to numerous television and print stories, Meg was the cover story for Wasatch Women in 2008. She has been the inspiration for several documentaries and movies including Falling Up.
HANK SMITH
Hank Smith grew up in St. George, Utah and has an MBA from Utah State University and a Ph.D. from Brigham Young University. In addition to his work in consulting with companies and families, Hank has presented at nationwide programs, several University Education Weeks, public school assemblies, and various forums around the country. Hank has also authored many books and audio CDs.
Hank and his wife, Sara, currently live in Mapleton, Utah. Hank says that, βSara is amazing! She knows everything about me and still loves me.β
They recently had twin boys giving them a total of 5 adorable children and the noisiest home on the block. Hank enjoys running marathons and eating lots of ice cream, which is why he runs marathons. More than anything else he loves being with his wonderful wife and children.
CARMEN RASMUSEN HERBERT
Carmen Rasmusen Herbert was a Top 6 finalist on the second season of FOXβs βAmerican Idolβ in 2003. She has appeared on many talk and entertainment shows including David Letterman, the Today show, MSNBC, and Good Morning America. She was also a contestant on NBCβs βFear Factorβ, a TV show that definitely lives up to its name!
Carmen co-wrote, recorded, and released an album in 2007 called, βNothinβ Like the Summerβ with an award winning hit single by the same name whoβs music video spent six weeks at the top of CMTβs Top 20 countdown. She has toured all over the United States and Canada singing and speaking to a wide variety of age groups. Her talk on CD, βWhoβs Your Idol?β has inspired thousands of youth to stay true to who they are while fulfilling their own unique life purpose.
Carmen is a columnist for the Deseret News and writes about faith, family, entertainment, and the adventures of raising four boys and one crazy dog with her husband Brad, son of Utah Governor Gary Herbert.
