According to Why People Die by Suicide (Harvard University Press 2005) Edwin Schneidman, Ph.D. and Aaron Beck, MD, say the key motivator which drives people to suicide is psychological pain. Their studies have found that the key motivator is the development of a pervasive sense of hopelessness.
The Worth of Souls Project is a team of recording artists, songwriters, producers, and engineers who understand the power music has to counter negative feelings and inspire a spirit of optimism and hope in Jesus Christ who said, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.” (Matthew 11:28–29). The album will be available April 27, 2018.
