First Presidency announces 193rd Annual General Conference, set for April 1-2, 2023

“General conference provides an opportunity to receive personal revelation as general Church leaders give counsel and direction,” wrote the First Presidency. “We encourage members to listen to, study, ponder, and apply the counsel given.”

“Apostles are missionaries, too — full time, until we die,” says Acting President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, who focused on the Restoration and “Preach My Gospel.”

Rather than outlining directives and courses of action, this year’s broadcast offers stake and ward councils examples of counseling together and questions to prompt discussion.
