A Personal Invitation from Writer/Director Garrett Batty

I want to take a moment to thank you for joining the miraculous journey of releasing Faith of Angels into theaters. You may have heard that the film hits theaters TODAY. This film has impacted me, and I am thrilled to see its impact on early audiences.

I have loved working with an incredible cast, including John Michael Finley (I Can Only Imagine,) Cameron Arnett (The Forge,) Kirby Heyborne, Jasen Wade, Ben Lomu and others. I’ve loved working with a talented and gifted crew. And I’ve especially loved seeing the film bring a feeling of hope to so many others.

On Monday we held our premiere, and I will never forget a special moment that took place. After the credits rolled, the lights came up and the audience of over 500 stood to applaud. For a brief moment they applauded toward the screen. Then, as if being prompted by an invisible force, the crowd turned and continued their applause, but directing it toward John Skinner, Joshua Dennis and those on whom the story is based. For me, it was that moment that kicked off the next chapter of this story’s journey.

This weekend Faith of Angels is in 31 theaters across Utah. There are currently over 300 theaters across the country that are waiting to book the film, depending on the turnout for opening weekend. This is where we need your help.

I invite you to purchase tickets this weekend to attend the film. Additional theaters will open based on ticket sales, starting today. If you are able to go to the theater, please do.
