Throughout history the religious faithful have looked heavenward in their quest to worship God. This journey has traditionally been by gathering togetherβ¦through assembling in synagoguesβ¦mosquesβ¦cathedralsβ¦and other holy sanctuaries.
But in 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, that abruptly changed – as worship halls throughout the world closed their doors. This included services for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a global faith with a membership of more than 16 million members in nearly 200 nations and territories and 31,000 congregations.
