I want to grow closer to God.. so obviously I went to Reddit. I found a post where someone asked how people better themselves spiritually, compiled the results and challenged myself to do everything for a week. The challenge includes running, meditation, journaling, praying, driving to work with NO music, going to church and getting 8 hours of sleep everyday. It sounds easy but was it? Well if you watched the video you’d know.. but I will spoil it for you. I was not looking forward to doing several of these, in fact I was dreading them, but I found that by the end of the week I wanted to do almost all of them. It was like I needed them. Especially with what happened on day 4, seriously just go watch it. I don’t think God or a higher power or spirituality has to be confined to a church building, religion or culture. I think we can find it in our every day lives. That is why I went to reddit to find God. If you have anything you want me to test or try to feel closer to God, comment and let me know! I will try and do it, unless it is illegal or harmful.. I am trying to get close to God, but not that close... yet…

Within the realm of Ambient Frequency Music, the concept of using specific frequencies for healing purposes has gained traction. Each frequency is believed to have a unique impact on the mind and body. One such frequency is 174Hz, which is commonly associated with healing and transformation. According to proponents of sound healing, this frequency resonates with the foundational energy centers of the body, known as the root chakra. It is believed that by listening to music centered around the 174Hz frequency, individuals can experience a sense of grounding, stability, and balance. The healing properties attributed to the 174Hz frequency extend to various aspects of well-being. It is said to help alleviate feelings of fear, anxiety, and stress, thereby promoting emotional harmony. Additionally, this frequency is thought to support physical healing processes by influencing the body's natural ability to repair itself. While scientific research on the direct effects of sound frequencies on human health is still evolving, there is a growing interest in exploring the potential therapeutic benefits of such practices. Listening to 174Hz healing music can be a deeply personal and subjective experience. Some individuals may find the vibrations and tones resonate with them immediately, inducing a sense of calm and inner peace. Others might need to listen consistently over time to notice the effects. The effectiveness of Ambient Frequency Music, including the 174Hz frequency, can also depend on individual preferences, beliefs, and openness to alternative healing modalities. Whether one fully embraces the metaphysical aspects of sound healing or simply enjoys the serene ambiance created by Ambient Frequency Music, there's no denying the growing appeal of these auditory experiences. As people seek holistic approaches to well-being and stress reduction, the combination of soothing sounds and specific frequencies holds a unique allure.
