Reverend Amos Brown and President Russell M. Nelson have a tangible friendship that is evident as they “lock arms” together at the NAACP national convention.
The Rev. Brown enthusiastically recited the hymn “Come, Come, Ye Saints” as a nod to the commonalities the NAACP and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints share — commonalities that bring the two together in a historic partnership.
