“Do’s” and “don’ts” define us.
Stop and consider, for a moment, why we focus so much on behaviors.
We all want to become closer to our Heavenly Father–more like he is.
Behaviors, however, are the results of feelings. And feelings are the result of thoughts. Thoughts can be manipulated in negative ways when Satan uses trauma, shame, and self doubt to alter our thoughts which then alter our behaviors.
