In Modesto, California, a man was arrested after climbing onto the roof of a chapel and causing intentional damage. Check out the footage below. The man tore off multiple stucco roof tiles and wantonly chucked them around. When police officers arrived, the man said he was having a β€œfrustrating time” and surrendered peacefully after officers gave him some soda pop and cigarettes. Luckily no one was injured during the incident.
