From THE SALT LAKE TRIBUNE:

2019 has been a remarkable year of change in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

It started way back on January 2 with the introduction of gender-inclusive temple ceremonies, and continued throughout the year.

The about-face on the LGBTQ policy, a widened stance on civil weddings, weekly calls home by missionaries, female witnesses at baptisms and temple sealings, a new program for children and youths — and that’s just the beginning.

Blogger Jenny Dye, co-host of the “Mormon News Report” podcast, has been tracking and commenting on the developments. She joined Mormon Land to talk about the deluge of church adjustments, announcements, and reforms.
